Your truck belongs to the group T211 (WC-12 to 20). A total of 6,047 WC-12's were built in 1941 under the Government contract W-398-QM-9388. The parts list is D-10034 and you can probably get it from www.portrayal.com It will have the Chrysler part number and Ordnance Stock Numbers used by the Military to help you get the correct part. Your truck's engine is from the T-207 Group of trucks (WC-1 to 11) The correct engine for your truck would be T-211 (WC-12 to 20). Both engines put out 168@1200 rpm (torgue) and 78@3000 rpm (HP)
