New M37 owner in CT needs help!! HELP!

Well I did it I finally got a Powerwagon a 1952 M37. It looks great. The problem I have is when I was driving the 10 miles home I lost the rear drivshaft! It was twisted like a pretzel! The rear axle wheels still rotate ok because I had it towed. I figure I am going to need to replace the third member and the driveshaft at the least. Any recommendation for sources for takeout or rebuilt diffs and drive shafts? Also can anyone recommend someone in the CT area who works on powerwagons? My local mechanic is scared to touch it! This has not been the first day of powerwagon ownership I was hoping for. I am sure it gets better!
