The torque in Foot Pounds of the Cylinder head stud nut 7/16 x 20 is 55 to 60 hot. You start with the center stud nut move to the center right then left. Back to the next aft center, right then left then up to the stud nut just in front of the center one then right and left. This process of going aft then forward continues till you reach the last forward left stud nut. It is helpfull to start with a lower torque around 35 ft/lbs, following the same process then go up to 55 0r 60. This helps maintaining a more uniform torque. This information comes from The Dodge W series job rated truck shop manual. The manual covers WC, WD-15, WD20-21, WDX, WF WFM, WH-WG WHM-WGM, WJ, WK, WL, and WR model trucks. Hope this helps.
