Good price estimate, without seeing the item. Saying that the item is two hundred pounds, you are paying $.50 per pound to move your piece from pond to pond. I would also check out other trucking companies. A few acronyms- LTL's- less than a truckload- this means you are shipping something bigger than UPS capable, and smaller than a truckload. There are some shipping companies who specialize in this method of transport- and allow others to get them business for a small markup- passed on to you. So check around. But that price is not outrageous.
