Just my 2 cents worth- I did the gear swap and am totally unhappy with it-I have plenty of highway speed but have lost the low end power (I plow snow with my M37) that made the truck almost unstopable. If you are going to do it and just want to cruise the pike, ok, if you are going to work the truck, seriously consider a repower at the same time! As for a dealer try Bob Stahl@
Veteran Vehicles listed in the parts section, he does set ups and can supply a complete "ham" with the gears installed in exchange for your old set.
