Does the winch cable get wound on so that it comes off the top of the reel or the bottom?
Also does the cable go under the 13 inch bolt with spacer (cable guide}? Does the cable guide turn free or is it snugged down tight when the nut on the 13 inch bolt is tightened. Seems like the bolt would bend if the cable were allowed to go under. Does the cable go under the front angle iron and between the bumpers?
