Yes, I am familiar with the Swamp Fox power wagons. It so happens that I have in my possession the original test reports from both Swamp Fox I and II. These have been made available for the Mich. Museum of Military Transport. The W300s tested (there were four used in S.F.II) where basically stock W300s modified to accept the oversize tires. Two used the 225 slant six while two were powered by diesel engines. The trucks were considered to be very good by the testers with a similarly modified WM300 being the only wheeled vehicle to complete S.F.I.
