Unfortunately, you can't run a pump off a PTO because you have an automatic. A real heavy-duty hydraulic winch takes more flow and PSI than a power steering pump can produce. You might be able to squeeze a 2-belt-driven pump under the hood and fabricate brackets. If you have a Milemarker winch you might get by with a PS pump.
Alternatively, you could replace the transfer case with a divorced NP205 and install a PTO. The 205 might be a bolt-in.
