Northern Hydraulics & others sell pumps with 12v clutches on them like the ones on AC compressors. Be sure to calculate the correct pump displacement so your hyd. motor goes the right speed & don't forget a relief valve. Mile Marker sells a pretty slick solenoid valve for their winch that you could use with either the Northern pump or your power steering pump. They have a web site.
