We had to give the ride aspect to the Crew Cab Ford, and my wife was nuts over all the
bells & whistles in the Centurian Package, so, like any good husband, I bought the Dodge...
Why tote my power Wagons with a Ford... I called my local Diesel shops who I always spent
my days with when I had my Chevy 6.2 Sub and 6.5 T.D. p/u (both junk engines I might add),
and they were able to tellme all about repairs (head gaskets, pumps, injectors, computers,
transmissions...) in the Fords that they work on, but they were only able to tell me how to
change the oil and transmission seals in the Dodges they have seen. Nuff said? Again, my
apologies to Joe for the use of the forum, and thanks to all the Forum Dodge fans that responded
by mail and helped sway my decision.
