this one's easy--- just crawl under, remove the flywheel underpan, loosen the capscrews holding the pressure plate and back them almost all the way out, then, using a putty knife which you have sharpened on the end, position the blade so that you can tap it with a light hammer in between the clutch disc and flywheel, also between the clutch disc and the pressure plate.

this breaks the bond formed by a bit of rust. then tighten the pressure plate capscrews, replace the underpan, and you're done. the clutch will make a bit of a "whish" noise for a moment as it polishes its rust away.
