As Todd mentioned, the front hinge anchor is the u-shaped bracket. Passing through this are two oval head machine screws (I think flat-head would also work). Screws attach to a lower threaded steel plate. I'm not near the truck right now, but I think the plate is something like .75 wide x 2.00 long x .18 thk. I had the hood off a couple of months ago. If you want the actual dimensions, I can measure it tonight.
