1953 B-3-PW Dodge Power Wagon $5,500

1953 B-3-PW looking for good home. I don't have the time to keep working on this truck and can't stand to see it sit there.

Pickup bed, recent green/black paint. Heavy 4" diameter tubular steel bumpers. Factory heater. Good 9x16 Gateway tires. New custom drive shafts, balanced.

Engine (230, not sure it's original or not) starts and runs OK, but carb could use a rebuild. Electronic ignition (uses stock distributor, easily changed back), 12V conversion. Transfer case could also use rebuild, output shaft bearings have some runout.

Brakes, all original style, have been thoroughly redone with braided stainless flex lines, new master and wheel cylinders and linings.

Interior is in good shape, though no headliner. Seat was recovered a couple owners ago. Speedo worked when I bought it, broke two years ago, haven't fixed it. Tach and vacuum gages are not original, but are older style and look right.

As you can see from the rear photo, it has a Ford tailgate. The bed is in OK shape, there is steel plate over the original wood which is in poor condition.

Has rear-mounted Ramsey 7500# electric winch which has a free-spooling mode. The battery is located in the box on the left rear side of the bed. It has room for a second battery (the winch draws a lot of juice), though it hasn't had one since I've owned the truck.

Hadley air horn works - it runs off a 10 gallon tank under the bed, which has to be pumped up with shop air.

Body solid, runs, stops, drives. Looks good. Registered/located in Michigan.
Asking $5500.
