Before I decided to keep my '54 M37 stock, I was going to put in a 318. I purchased a rear sump oil pan to provide clearance for the front differential. I think I paid 90-100 dollars from the local Dodge dealer. I'll go pull it off the engine for $50 plus shipping if anybody is interested. The engine was never run, so the oil pan should not require any cleanup.
