My 1974 D200 has 8 bolt 16.5 wheels. Makes tires expensive for it. The way I understand it Ford and Dodge 8 bolt wheels are the same for that era as Ford had Dana front and rear ends as Dodge Did. The Chevys like you said are a little smaller. I have heard they will fit the front of a 2wd drive but wont fit the hub on the back of a 2wd or front of a 4wd.
