Seriously though, avoid it like the plague headed westbound between Gary and 94
between say 3:00p.m. and 7:30 p.m. A.M.'s and Weekends can be GOD awful too. Never understood why they thought 3 lanes was a good idea with all the big rig traffic.
Then again, I've only driven in the environs of the Big Apple once....
