Ron,
DrawTite makes a tail light convertor. It takes in seperate right and left turn signals and stop lights and converts them to
2 wires out for right/stop and left/stop. It also lets you run your running lights thru it.
Its main idea is to take lights as you mention and convert them for a trailer. But it does not know your not wireing a trailer.
The cost is only $18.95. I used one co convert my seperate turn signals and stop lights to feed my trailer plug so a regular light set up on a trailer will work normal.
Any RV dealer should have tham that stocks DrawTite equipment.
