The two out put seals on the PTO can be replaced without removing the PTO. After removing the pto shafts, there are three screws (quarter-twenty I believe) that hold's the cover that has the seal in it in place. There are gaskets behind this cover. Also, something I discovered when I had the PTO for my 46 WDX torn apart, the two cover's may look the same, but one is machined about one-eigthth of an inch smaller on the inside. One is for the front side and one is for the rear side. Robert
