Mike, I used the Helitool Saginaw Box mount.
Fits perfect, great workmanship. The frame does have to be notched a little.

The cost of the conversion kit is about $225 and a Chrysler Pump New was about $70. Made up my own hoses.

Great conversion, however the Saginaw Box with the Chrysler Pump provides WAY to much power Assist. There was no road feel, you could run the wheels lock to lock with your little finger.

AGR Performance Power Steering in Fort Worth will take your Saginaw Box, change the torsion bar, change the ratio and totally rebuild for $150. It now steers equal to my Dodge 2500 Ram 4x4. Its really a good deal since any box you may find will be worn and have play and may leak. This way you get a total rebuild and proper road feel.

You will have to make a commutator at the end of the steering column sleve for your horn button on the steering wheel to work. The saginaw box is NOT drilled through the shaft and there is no way to get the horn wire through.

Email me if you do the power steering conversion, I can give you the NAPA numbers for the Pump and hose ends. I fabricated my own pump bracket as I was using it on a 318.
If you have a 230 or 251 engine, Helitool has a pump bracket.
