I could have swore that I used (trucks at my shop, 15 miles away from me) the Fram PH8. I bought about 6 of these filters when I recovered the truck from the wilderness. I ran ATF, then Marvel Mystery then high detergent oil to flush it out after it sat for 14 years. A filter a minute was used ha!ha!
Are you sure that you are matching the filter to the correct side of the adapter plate?
I'll go check it out on Sunday night, I'm stuck working this weekend, all three days! = (
