Yup, different radiators. I went through that trying (without success) to use a 230 radiator in a 251 truck. Also, the frame around the 251 radiator is supported by a heavy bracket bolted to the underside of the front crossmember. The bracket is nothing fancy and could be easily made, easier to get off a donor truck. You need a 251 radiator though and the frame I mentioned above is different too so maybe a whole 251 donor truck is needed.
