I have bought a set of XL through Dollar Tire in Edmonton, Alberta Canada. He sells take offs from the Canadian military and some new stuff shows up from time to time. The real problem is getting them across the line into the US. It is very expensive and requires a customs agent. Shipping can be greater than the cost of the tire. Dollar would like to solve the problem as he could sell lots of tires in the US. I believe that the problems lie in the Canadian customs not the US side.
The best thing to do is to cross into Canada and buy them yourself. I did this and had no problem bringing them back. You may have some problem if you bring a lot of them back.
