360 Timing and Carb

What is the correct ignition timing for a 1974 360 in a W200? The book sez to check the emissions sticker, which is long gone.

It has a holley 2 barrel carb. The numbers are R6764A. Is that the model number? Can I tell from that number if that is the correct carb for my engine?
