I figured out how to trip your security lockout.

If you download your website, then use the back button to back to a previous website, then the forward button to return, your security sees this as a security violation and will lock out anyone trying to post. Refresh does not clear it. You have to close the window and open up a new window and open your site again.

This might help if you get complaints from folks why they are having trouble posting, especially if it is intermittent.
