Paul, you can esily make them. Get a set of white spoke rims 16.5 x 9.75 for about $50 each and cut the centers out. I got mine from 4 Wheel Parts Wholesale. The welds are skip welded and small. Drill all the rivets out of your budd rim and remove the center. The budd center will press right into the outer of the white spoke rim. Put it on your truck without the tire and spin it to check alignment. Tap it with a hammer until it spins true. You can use just about anything as an indicator. Tack weld it in place and remove it from the truck and then finish welding it out. You now have a tubeless rim that balances better and spins truer than original.
