it should have two idle mixture screws gently turn them all the way in then back off each 1 1/2 turns.
adjust idle speed with the curb idle screw.
gently mist top of carb (engine running) with carb cleaner if rpms increase adjust both idle screws counter clockwise 1/8 turn each. repeat adjustment steps, misting untill rpms no longer increase. if rpm's drop during misting turn mixture screws clockwise 1/8 turn each untill engine starts to idle ruff.
