I am reposting this, some of you might remember it from last year.

For Sale in Newberg, Oregon (about 30 miles south of Portland).
Asking $1600. You can reach me by e-mail during the day
at ken_lake@credence.com, or by phone, evenings west coast time
from about 6pm to 9pm, at 503-538-8128, ask for Ken Lake.

Please visit http://photos.yahoo.com/thekenlake for pictures.

Pic 1 through pic 6 are as I found it. New1 through new3 are
at my place after some cleanup. I have removed the driver side
running board. In the picture 'new3' you will see a pintle hook,
I am keeping that. I don't want to part it out, you might, though.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
1956 C-4 Power Wagon, SN 839494XX. I have had this for 3 years now, but
still haven't had time to do anything to it. I would rather not see
it rust away. It had not run for approximately 8 years when I got it.
We had to remove one rear axle to get it to roll, maybe because the
parking brake band is rusted? Not sure. I believe I am the 5th owner.
The third owner used it for logging, it had a front mounted boom, and
a bed mounted boom. I still have most of the parts if you want them.

The good:
21K miles on the speedo
12 volt negative ground
5.83 axle ratio (assuming because of 9500 gvwr and 9.00-16 tires)
Synchro transmission
PTO with Braden MU-2 winch in front
Bed mounted Braden winch, chain drive, looks like MS3-10-L (?)
Headlight buckets seem ok, only one ring, with rusted out bottom
Power Beam headlights
Cowl lights look good
Windshield frame seems solid with surface rust
Hydra-Vac(?) power brake booster mounted under bed
Aftermarket foot pump window washer, pump seems bad, bag seems good
Aftermarket Yankee turn signals
Heater
Shocks on all 4 corners
Front fenders look good, minor rust in usual places
All five tires and wheels
Long mirror arms, no mirrors
Tow hooks

The bad:
Floor boards very rusty
Frame seems solid but rusty
Most of cab seems ok, except for underneath driver door
Missing something for cowl vent
Stainless tape piece for windshield crank-out broken
Two wipers, one wiper arm, no knobs
Gauges will need to be refinished
Hood latches broken
Bed sides and front need work, might be easier to get another bed
No tailgate
Running boards rusty, passenger side badly bent
Rear fenders pretty bent, and some rust through
Bed wood has been replaced with diamond plate
No headliner
Most glass will need to be replaced
Front mounted winch castings broken and re-welded
