My winch frame rails are OK from the tip where the bumper meets them to just ahead of the crossmember, where the frame was cracked in two.
Keep in mind that the serial number is in this area as well.
You may be better off getting a decent intact frame and then welding on the rails from a winch frame ahead of the front spring mount. There are some heavy duty rivets holding the spring perch in place.
