What Engine do I have?

I was given a 1941 WF-32, the other day and I'm trying to find out anything I can about it. The ID plate states that it's an 87hp @ 3200 RPM's. I haven't been able to find a chart that translates those numbers into cid?
Are the Civilian model engines interchangable with military? I believe I will need a new motor, but I'm not sure yet. If anyone here knows a good place to find information, It would surely be welcome.
