Had a guy working for me that was "forking" one day. Moving stuff around the warehouse etc. As it was winter, someone else closed the overhead door. Yup, two nice rectangular slots through the door. Naturally the door was only a month or two old. He went around the facility all pissed of inquiring who closed the GD door on him. Said individual was disaffectionately known as doorslot after that.
