I was in AK in '79 working in a salmon cold storage plant. A guy came out of the freezer and roared up to the dock with his fork lift, popped it into reverse after having run through some H2O that was on the floor. He and the fork went off the dock and stabbed the forks into the asphalt all the way to the hilt. He got 29 stiches and a pink slip. Long time ago!
