I have two PW's one flat bed and 1 pickup, both weigh about 5800lbs, I have a 12,000 lb trailewr brakes on both axles,and equalizer hitch. remember you have to include the weight of the trailer.mine is 3500 lbs,truck 5800. a 10,000lbs is almost maxed. Go the 12000 and have some reserve!!!
