Clint, Try the bid resolution, DON'T leave negative feedback yet...he'll only retaliate & ruin your feedback as well. Here's a little trick for you......You can only leave feedback for 3 months from the end of the auction. If you don't get it resolved by 3 months minus 1 hour, leave him some scathing feedback. By the time he notices it, Too Late for him! Works great for a last resort. Although you won't get your issue solved, at least you'll feel better!
