Just realize that you are gambling if you send money away for a truck you have never seen. You are betting that everyone is above board and nothing gets lost or misplaced or ommitted. Personally, I'm not that lucky. I believe that ebay has an escrow service available.
I traveled 4 hours to see a Dodge Dart one time. It looked ok in the photo, considering the distance the picture was taken from. When I arrived, I found that the car was an old junker with a rattle can finish. Not the call the owner had discribed.
My feelings are if you can't be there to kick the tires and exchange money and papers, you shouldn't be buying this truck.
