I am running the same transfer case with 4.89 gears and 35 inch tires. So my transfer case is spinning about as fast as your. I have traveled for 100+ miles at 60+ mph and never had my Transfer case leak a drop. After 4,000 miles is is dry. No leakage at all. I am spinning slightly slower than you as the 4.89 gears make more difference that the 11.00 16 tires. I am also running my rear drive shaft of the brake drum output shaft as I have a centered rear differential. Not sure if that makes a diffrence. I have all new rubber seals. The transfer case was rebuilt by dc in Medford OR.

I would check to see if your vent is plugged. It might be building up pressure and forcing it past the seals. It also might be the type of oil that you are using. I use lube made by STA-Lube if I am correct. I have seen no evidence of foaming. Since this appears to be happening on several transfer cases I would suspect the oil/lube may be the problem.
