Thats what it was. The shut off valve was plugged. I have cleaned it 2 times this afternoon. The bowl is staying clean right now. Tractor has ran for 30 minutes now without a problem. Will keep running and pouring clean fuel into it for a while. The little old tractor runs like a top. My friend owns it and is wanting to sell it. Half tempted to buy it but dont have a real use for it right now.
