In conversation with the producers of a major, large circulation, automotive magazine that has a web forum associated with it, I learn that 29% of their subscribers do not have internet access.
I have always thought there was some significant portion of people not on the internet, but I was not sure how to know how many people were affected.
So, if 29% of the players in this game are not on the internet, you are missing contact with them. I am suggesting to you that if you want to buy a truck, sell a truck, are looking for parts or have parts to sell, it would be to your advantage to send me an ad regarding what it is you have to buy or sell, so you can reach those people who make up that big group in the 29%.
The ads are free, so as you can see I am not doing this for big money I can deposit in an offshore account.

The internet is a great place to advertise, however, there is still a huge number of folks who do not access the internet.
Be sure to word your ad as you would for any printed media, meaning the person will probably not have access to a computer to e-mail you. You may include an e-mail address if you wish, but be certain to list area code and phone, your first name, and an address is good, too. At least indicate your state of residence.
