I had some old yokes with the same problem.
Afew months back someone said instead of speedy sleeves they had good sucesss, and a much cheaper solution. They used JB WELD ! I used it on the old yokes, and it went on well. I just have to smooth them down. But it looks like it will do the trick, and I only used half of the 2 tube mixture on 3 yokes. It costs less than 5 bucks for a set of the 2 tubes.
