Just a thought. I planned to put my antique boats for my kids in my will with "They can never be sold etc, etc..
My lawyer talked me out of using those words. He said many times in the past he has seen this cause undue hardship on people who are given things they can not sell. It is possible to mueseum would want them, then the kids are stuck with keeping something they dont want or sure could use the money for.
Just a thought.
