I have the same transmission in my 1968 W300. The gear ratios for the 435D4 are:
4.56 1st
2.28 2nd
1.31 3rd
1:00 4th
5.65 reverse
This is an excellent transmission for highway travel, as you can downshift into 3rd while mainitaining some good speed. Top speed is limited by axle ratio and tire size. I have 4.88 axles and run Michelin 1100-16 tires, so can cruise the Interstates at 65 mph. I have also pulled trailers weighting 9,000 lbs (with load) cross country with this truck, which has a 318 V-8.
