A 1949 B-1 Power Wagon. I like the cowl lights, the very visible, huge front shocks, the grill that doesn't stick out past the radiator shell.
I have had the same 1949 Power Wagon since I was 11 years old. It had a 251 Industrial engine in it when I got it. That engine died soon after we got it running. We replaced it with a 218 flathead out of an old 1/2 ton Dodge pickup. That engine had a cracked block and never ran correctly either. When I was a senior in high school, I rebuilt and swapped in a International Harvester 304ci V-8, mated to a T-98 4-speed. It is a great setup. I just recently drove it 80 miles round trip to pickup an old IHC truck, used the winch to load the IH on the trailer, hooked up and towed it home with the PW, with not a single problem.
