Winch PTO question

I am moving the winch from my 46 to my 51. I now have it in place at the front. The 51 has a rear facing single direction PTO shaft for the hoist. The 46 has a front and rear facing two direction shaft. Is all I have to do to switch them is unbolt one PTO and bolt the other one in it's place? I will also have to move the PTO leaver from the floor of the 46 to the 51. Thanks for any feedback.
