Does the vibration change with engine rpm. IF your pushing in the clutch and it stops are you also letting the engine RPM drop. Push in the clutch and keep the engine RPM up. Is the vibration still there. Also does the vibration increase as you accellerate through each gear. When your not moving in the truck slowly increase the engine RPM to 2000 to 3000. Do you have any vibration.

What I am wondering is if the flywheel or clutch assembly is not balanced.

Also check your u joints. and drive shafts. Shift in and out of 4 x 4 and see if the vibration changes. (One of my trucks has some wear in the transfer case and being in or out of 4 wheel makes a big diffrence). It may a failing u joint that is only noisy when torque is being applied to it. I have removed a drive line to eliminate parts of the drive line when chasing down problems. As an example I will remove the rear drive line and drive the truck using only the front end. If the noise goes away then the problem is in the rear drive line and back. If it doesn't go away I remove the dront drive line and keep going.
