A Brownie like the one I have on my garage floor is ideal (5831B Spicer, 2.35/1.00/0.85) except for one thing. It's about the size and weight of a SM465 and to mount it divorced the transfer case would have to be WAY back there. Custom adapters, to your NP420 and either your NP200 or a 200-ized NP205 cost about $1500 each, or $3000 total to "marry" it to both boxes.
Some of the other 5831s have an overdrive ratio of 0.73. Naturally, the underdrive ratio gives superlow creep gears which are always desirable when using very large tires.
You'd lose the ability to use it 4WD low range if you installed it in the rear driveline behind the transfer case.
There is one 5831 model with 1.27, 1.00, 0.85 ratios which is perfect for narrow gear splits and would be OK for rear diveline mounting because the close splits would be primarily used on the road in 3rd and 4th. There are a total of 7 different 5831 ratio sets. I have the specs at home.
