a good friend & well know collector told me when i was looking for a pw to:
1. look close by and you will find one - I did 20 min from the house
2. refurbish not restore these old things & drive them like they were delivered (his motto is "Drum Brakes Rule")
but everyone has a different reason for having a PW and the only downside of modifications is that the resale market might not be what it is for original units.
