has anyone a source for a crankshaft mounted pto for 383 in dodge w200, unit was removed from navy truck(winch made by caterpillar), might be similar to cement trucks or garbage trucks with front driven hydra units, ihave 2 ptos on transmission and am trying to put third on front, thus giving 3 winches(2 for live gin poles and 3rd to hold truck when lifting or to pull load when trying to break it out of stuck position without rearing up
