I may take you up on that; at least I'd have the ends that way and I could put a new core in it. NAPA had one that fit the military speedometer, and measured close to the size for the transfer case end, but was too short. They're getting me a longer one in today so hopefully it will fit. It's listed for an early 70s civilian dodge. If it fits, I'll post the number.
