It's a reasonable price for a beater and a GREAT price for anything in decent shape. The NP445 is a good trans, although parts are harder to find(I mean gears, shafts, parts that don't wear out normally) than for the more common NP435. As for the winch -aluminum vs iron, do you want to hang just your truck from a tree or yours and the brandX you're unsticking?
