Because it is meant to draw fresh filtered air to the crankcase, rather than vent blowby, the tube from the oil filler neck goes to the airhorn of the carburetor. It enters the airhorn immediately above the choke butterfly. This location is below the air filter, so any blowby back through the tube will enter into the carb without effecting the air filter.
