You've worked hard to make something out of a big project, to stop now would be a waste of good intentions and effort. I'm sorry you've been on the recieving end of a bad deal and when the chips are down there are certain things you've got to take care of. One of the most important ones is to keep focused on hobbies/activities that have been a source of satisfaction and pride. Things will get better.....give it some time.
